My Aged Care Kitchen is an online platform for ordering authentic Macedonian cuisine. The application supports five distinct user roles. Each user is responsible for managing their own personal information, including their system password.

  • 70% Invoice to Provider

    My Aged Care Kitchen automatically generates an invoice for 70% of the meal order and sends it to the SAH Provider (MCWA).

  • Admin Reimbursement

    The SAH Admin team member claims 70% of the meal order cost from the SAH Participant Statement.

Only Pay 30% with Your SAH Funding

With a Support at Home Package, you’ll only need to contribute a small portion of the meal cost — around 30% — while the rest is covered through your funding. This makes it easy and affordable to enjoy fresh, dietitian-approved meals every day. Our specially designed range for older Australians helps you stay independent, eat well, and feel confident knowing your meals are both delicious and subsidised.

Customer Guide

With My Aged Care Kitchen, you can easily browse and order authentic Macedonian meals online. Simply explore the menu, view meal details, add items to your cart, and check out securely. You can also track your orders, manage delivery addresses, and update your profile and preferences—all from your account dashboard.

Creating an Account

  • Go to the My Aged Care Kitchen website.

  • Click Login (top-right).

  • Click Create Account tab.

  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password.

  • Click Create.

Logging In

  • Visit the My Aged Care Kitchen website.

  • Click Login (top-right).

  • Enter your Email and Password.

  • Enter your Provider’s Name (e.g. My Aged Care Kitchen).

  • Enter your Care Partner (Case Manager).

  • Click Login.
  • Browsing Meals

    Scroll through available meals on the home page.


    Use filters or search to narrow results.

  • Viewing Meal Details

    Click a meal card for: description, nutrition, price, options.


    Select quantity and delivery date/time if ordering.

  • Adding to Cart

    Choose quantity and delivery date/time.

    Click Add to Cart.

    Proceed to Checkout or continue browsing

Checkout Process

1. Click the cart icon (top-right).

2. Review or update items.
Remove: click X.
Change quantity: use + / –.
Note: minimum order = 10 meals.

3. Click Proceed to Checkout.

4. Add or select a Delivery Address.

1. Click Continue to Payment.
2. Enter details in Secure Payment Form.
3. Click Pay Now.

  • Managing Orders

    Go to My Orders


    View past orders with details: items, status, delivery, payment, subsidy.

  • Managing Addresses

    Go to Settings > Account.

    Add, edit, or delete addresses.


    Mark an address as default if needed.

  • Profile Settings

    Go to Settings under your username.


    Update personal info, profile picture, notifications, and password.
